At Gym Junkie NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your training gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

• 2.
  Submit Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our Auckland warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
